Question I filled out registration form but I still can´t enter the Catalog. Why?
 

Our website registration is moderated. It may take up to 1 working day (during day time all registration are confirmed ). When your registration is approved you will get a notification on your e-mail address.

Question My address/telephone/e-mail has changed. What shall I do?
 

You don’t need to reregister. You can simply write your new details in the field “Changed address” while ordering. Or you can send your new details from your old e-mail address to registration@detlev-niemann.de and we will update your profile.

Question I forgot my login/password, do I need to reregister?
 

To get your login and password you need to use our link “Forgot password?”. You need to write your e-mail address entered while registering and the security code shown on the picture. Then click on “Send”. In few seconds your login and password will be sent to your e-mail address.

Question When I sent the order  the item was still available, but I got the answer „sorry sold“. How can it be?
 

On Friday at 14-00 German time our online catalog is updated. The orders are coming to our e-mail address and are processed one after another. The item is marked as SOLD not automatically after you ordered it, but only when the e-mail with order is answered. If you get the answer “sorry sold”, it means that someone other’s order came earlier.

Question What for is the „Cart” ?
 

The cart serves when you want to send the order for multiple items. But on Friday you better do not use it, because it will take some time to gather the items in the cart. In this time other clients will send direct orders and may be faster than you.
When you use the cart to send the order, these items are deleted of the cart after the order is sent. When you log out of the site all items that are put in the cart are also deleted.
